detailing services offered by this site and usage of these services by the
members. The site may change these conditions whenever necessary.
The members understand and agree to these conditions when :

This site provides the discussion interface to the members. Members access
the server through the internet. A member must provide all equipment, including
a computer and modem, necessary to establish a connection to the World Wide
Web. Additionnaly he must provide an access to the World Wide Web and pay
any telephone service fees associated with such access.
The site may, whenever it likes, expand, change, or partially discontinue
these services.
GrosPoisson.com products and expands the server software. Members may propose
new features of the software (suggestions are welcome), but members couldn't
require certain features. The features offered by this site are regarded as
the optimum considering costs and effects.
When buying a package, the user is required to make a bank transfer, a
bitcoin transfer or a
litecoin transfer, these are the only
safe payment solutions. Then the user must send an email mentioning his pseudo, the name
of the bank account owner or any coordinate, and the amount. The package will be
active after a few hours or days.

GrosPoisson.com membership is free of charge and for life (except for suspension,

The site reserves the right to terminate any account or decline or limit your

GrosPoisson.com makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or
error free. The site will repair server damages as fast as possible. Members
can't make this site liable for server downtimes or data losses. The site
shall not be liable for what members will do if they don't respect these "Terms
and Conditions", for what members will publish or messages to other members,
including links to other websites.
05. Security and privacy policy
Every member may register with his email at the server. The site uses this
data for internal use only. The site can publish on the web certain member's
informations such as the country, the username or optional informations such
as the age, the date of last connection to the server or the photo (that is
viewable by connected members only). The member agrees with that by saving
his data and using this site's services.
06. Laws
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of France, the member agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of France
for any cause or action arising out of this agreement. In the event that any
